Helping out

My friend who runs the Nordic walking group asked if I could help out at the learn to Nordic walk group today as she has Pleurisy and is in pain. The session was at Wallington Hall which is just 10minutes from my house.
It was a cold frosty start but the group of new walkers were great and the session went well.
