The shadow of Mount Capstone

Tim and I got out for an early walk before I had to work this morning.  It was a much nicer day, and properly good for the soul.  This was a new view for me - Capstone Hill's shadow on the sea looking like that of an imposing mountain.

Managed to get the main thing done that I needed for work, and then started catching up a bit on other tasks too.  Lots more still to do, but not bad for the first day back - and very glad it's also the last working day of the week!

Had a very relaxing evening with Tim, catching up on programmes on the recorder.
