Mincemeat cake

Jan.24 was the date on mincemeat jar so decided to give the Kenwood mixer an outing, it is very old, but works perfectly. On the other hand the sandwich toaster needs replacing, the handle doesn’t stay closed, bit of plastic broken off.

Went to post birthday card this morning, it was quite cool and I believe we are in for a few freezing days, oh joy!
