Morning walk

A bitterly cold and grey morning but at least it was dry for a change.  I went on the first walk of the year with the walking group.  Twelve of us turned up for a walk from Oswestry including Gatacre Woods and Shelf Bank.  It was good to see everyone again after the break.

Afterwards I went to the shops to buy a birthday present then went to F's where I had a coffee before returning home.

The blip is of us going down Shelf Bank.  The big building is the station of the Cambrian Heritage Railways. The scaffolding has been round the building for almost two years after storm damage. In June the cost was £17,000 paid for by the council, no work has been done and no date has been given.  What a waste of money!
