a little bit of snow

We ended up with about an inch!! I think it'll go away quite quickly. Busy day , into Brighton for pre-holiday stuff and a curry for tonight. Home to sort out stuff, not entirely sure what, but have spent day feeling very Busy. Alarmingly, the money we have sent to the tour operator for our holiday hasn't arrived yet, so long and worrying conversation with bank. I think it'll be alright in the end & we have a backup plan so, onwards! No packing done, but I firmly believe that I have already packed everything I need & will doubtless be proved wrong within 24 hours of arriving!
