Dakar rally

Ok - I admit this is a photo of a photo, but I couldn't get to the race venue to take my own.
I have been enjoying watching the highlights of this amazing race (or races, as there are several categories of vehicles).
For anyone who might be confused by the terrain... the Paris (to) Dakar Rally no longer follows that route, it isn't in South America, it has landed in Saudi Arabia... as many sports events do.
