What I've Done

Looking down from Catbells

After a couple of stunning misty days, today didn't look as promising. We set off for Grasmere, with the intention of walking a couple of (low) Wainwrights down there, but cresting Dunmail Raise, the weather looked wet and very cloudy.

Instead, we walked Catbells, it has been on our "radar" for a few months, as it's one of the location's we have promised to scatter some of past guest "K"'s ashes on. The weather kept improving, and we even got some sun at the top. The wind was pretty fierce, and K was ... well scattered!

Still both coughing, but it's good to feel well enough to manage a gentle stroll like this. Maybe manage Grasmere tomorrow.
