Part of our large border

Two GP appointments for my husband this morning, one for the doctor, the other for more blood tests.  This was followed by a visit to the pharmacy where not all of the new medication was available; it should be ready to collect tomorrow.

The afternoon was spent at the u3a photography group where we had an interesting demonstration on taking pictures to show “movement”.

Today’s picture is of part of the border that the gardeners worked on today; they also trimmed some more of the front hedge. One of our compost heaps has been spread across the end of the border; this will become grass in due course. There is still another larger compost heap to use another time.

The temperature at noon today was three degrees Celsius. There were intermittent snow showers during the day, but these were very short and the flakes tiny.
