Kestrel

This Kestrel is hovering - not moving but flapping its wings rapidly. It did not stay long. I'm not sure whether it qualifies for Tiny Tuesday, but I believe it is the smallest of the birds of prey. Thanks to Ilja for hosting. This may not be clothing detail, but you can see the feathers!
