The happiest people in the world

I had lovely afternoon and evening with my artist friends Kirsti, Jaana, Meri-Kaarina and Niina! We met in the Art Gallery Saskia. There is an exhibition of two artists: Anna-Liisa Kankaanmäki and Hannele Rosenbröijer. Very skillful paintings!

In the picture is a cropped Kankaanmäki's work called The happiest people in the world. It has been painted for artists Maustetytöt - this painting is their album cover, that has the same name than the painting has. The painting has been inspired by a Finnish classic painting,
Eero Järnefelt's painting called Raatajat rahanalaiset / Kaski (1893).

Then we walked to Finlayson and had a dinner in a Danish Sandwich Bar Tivoli. These ladies are great company, and I was so happy to mee them.

To the home via Koskikeskus shopping centre - I picked up my two new glasses! One pair of reading glasses and one pair of computer reading glasses. So happy!
