Sesame Mochi

Sesame Mochi. Mochi is Japanese for rice cake and the Chinese is mashu. This one here is filled with red bean paste and was rather yummy!

This is first attempt with the new YN 560 II flash. I'm an absolute beginner when it comes to using flash. Modes, slaves, manual flash, multiple flash not to mention the lighting techniques... I'm on a steep learning curve.
