Reeds in the wind

Bright sunshine on a Wintersday and a freezing cold felt from the NE winds. In the East of the country they feel the fever for iceskating coming up rapidly and of course it needs to freeze more than just one night before one can skate on natural ice, but they do there all they can to realize skating rinks for tomorrow. The waters here had no ice yet when I got by.
