Another dry, sunny, but cold start again this morning. I had a Zoom Interval class after breakfast, which was quite full on with 2x2kg hand weights. So a lot of upper body and arm, squats mixed in. 

Popped down to Tesco for a quick bit of shopping, a quick hello to Sue as she was shopping too. Then into B&Q to buy a couple of lengths of small pipe insulation, for a small job here at home.
