Doves On Hoops

Mishka and I went to my daughter's this morning. She loves it there and settles so nicely. She very much enjoyed seeing my grandson. Her tail wagged in a circle. It made a change of scenery for me too and as usual we had plenty to chat about.

I had to lift the cover, bale out the manhole and rod the drain when I got home. I was ready to blame Thames Water, as we've had trouble that was down to them in the past. This time it was just too much paper. I soon got the drain flowing again.

This lovely pair of collared doves is perched on the hoops of a polytunnel that lost its plastic covering long ago.
