Black cod with shrimp sauce, rice, and Lacinato kale. Wine: Drouhin-Vaudon Chablis 2020.

The fish was nice. The shrimp sauce was a velouté with vermouth and finely chopped shrimp. The wine was passable but underwhelming as a Chablis.
