Sunrise...

Another 5am running training session for the boys with me dozing in the car while watching the morning unfold, this was 5:27am there's rain out at sea on the left hand side of the image we made it home before it started to rain and it rained on and off till lunchtime and then we had a fine, hot and muggy 31 degrees afternoon...
