Walked at the Kelpies as usual. Not happy to see one of the litter bins absolutely overflowing with dog poo bags. Spoke to another dogwalker and he had been told there was some dubiety who should empty this particular bin. Honestly!!! Scottish Canals and the Helix really need to get their act together.
