Dill

This time of year is when I often feel inspired to try new recipes. Several I have read want dill, but my plants are already bolting to seed. Just squeezed enough leaves for a lovely sweetcorn, cucumber and labneh salad today. Although I wish the plant was more productive the flowers are lovely. Chores today, including eye test (yes, new glasses), blood test and lunch with friends. Nice start to the weekend. Happy Friday everyone.
