Winners and Losers?

Joe has been "imprisoned" in his new home with a new hole free fence. Sadly, one of the losers in the new fence saga has been ME dad's rhubarb. ME dad's rhubarb has produced stems for (probably) over 40 years and although the plant has been decimated - I'm sure it will recover - ME dad would be proud - of a new fence, a place for Joe to safely run around and his rhubarb which will recover from its trauma.
