It's a buoy!

Mild enough for  a walk on the beach. ( ie not windy) 
M wanted to collect oyster shells . Apparently adding crushed oyster shells to the soil on Olive  bonsai  is good for them .
Fletch enjoyed the potter along the sand .
As usual the beach was deserted  and for some reason stays litter free too. 
We saw this from a distance. At first it looked like a football . I think it's some.sort of buoy
