I went out to a doctor's appointment and then got in touch with the company that makes the water fountain that my cats have (Catit) as it stopped working yesterday evening after I changed the water. I had tried all the things that I thought they would ask me to check and was told to put it down on an online form, which I duly did. I don't like it when the fountain is out of action (this is the third time in less than two years) as it's important for cats to drink enough and my two are only eating dry food at the moment.
