A Practical Present

Quite some time ago we had an Induction Hob fitted.  It's a wonderful appliance and Mrs MD loves it dearly.
Back in March 2016 I had a CRT-D device (posh name for a Pacemaker) fitted and, whilst reading all the information they gave me, I found out that Induction Hobs and Pacemakers do not go together (you have to keep 3ft away).  This made the Hob out of bounds and, as I liked to do some cooking, was quite frustrating.  I have bemoaned this situation over the years and this Christmas Santa brought me a Portable Electric Hotplate Hob - and here you see it on its inaugural road test - cooking sausages :-)  I am going to like this Practical Present very much - thank you Santa :-) :-)
