Looking for Treasure.....in Rhyl

I made a few phone calls and filing this morning before heading over to Rhyl.

A coffee and cake at the 1891 restaurant and a walk on the beach which was deserted except for a couple of dog walkers and a detectorist looking for treasure. His finds consisted of three old pennies and a silver coin the size of a half-crown. No Tizer '93 ring pulls or Matchbox cars today.
