Speckled clematis

So lovely to see these flowers emerging.  I hope they survive over the coming cold days.

Rob's step dad had a bad day yesterday when he had his driving licence taken off him.  He hasn't been well for a few months now and his blood pressure dropped off the bottom of the scale on Wednesday and the hospital doctor told him he had to stop driving.  He is very upset.
