Escapee!

All of a sudden this dog appeared from nowhere as we walked. A short time later a van pulled up, the driver asking had I seen a white dog, "yes" I said "he was heading at speed up the road", The lady in the next car told me "the dog is forever chasing in season females (well she didn't actually use that word)& is quite a nuisance. It appears the owner cannot keep him from roaming. I was just worried he would get hit by a car.
