Kelpies

After driving to Falkirk to pick up an Edwardian writing bureau I thought it would be rude to leave without waving to the Kelpies.

When I got home the power was back on (tea and toast for breakfast was courtesy of the wood burning stove) and so we positioned the aforementioned bureau before taking the pug for a walk and picking Osh up from work.

Sofa, footie and pasta scheduled for the evening.

Update for future reference: the power went off again just after kick off. Not due back on until 10pm. Maybe.
