In search of Heversham Station

We were walking the disused railway line to  find evidence of the old platforms at Heversham Station but the walk map we were following had been drawn before these padlocked metal gates had been installed across the path. What spoilsports .
Heversham Station - opened 1890, closed 1966. Sorry I cant show you evidence of it. I might try coming the other way on another day.
