Ingunn in Oslo

Sunset in my neighbourhood

Another colourful sky.

Another desperate message from Gaza.
This time the from A. Their apartment  in Gaza city was bombed early in October and he, his wife and three small children flee from place to place in the south. To try to find water, food and to recharge the phones has been risky, and they have been without food for several days,  and had no other alternative to drink contaminated water.

Now they are in a safer spot and have more food available. However their children are so traumatised, shivering and crying constantly and they are feeling helpless. There are no place to protect them from re-experience what they have been put through, their fears, losses, what they have seen, heard, what happened and what nearly happened - and the fear of what can happen in the next minute or tomorrow or next week. The traumas are deep rooted in their muscles, their cells, in every heartbeat.
