Cardinal in the wind

Today the snow storm that passed over last night turned into a wind storm today. The storm came in with lots of snow then changed to rain overnight melting most of the snow. The wind came in today and the cold is starting to set in. I was out for a walk this afternoon and got this cardinal looking out i n the distance as the wind was blowing strong.
