Fête de la musique

Met up with Becky, Ellie and Julia in the afternoon, hung around in a café before heading to have a bagel. Becky and I then went back to hers for a cup of tea, also helped her dye her hair. In the evening we headed out to the fête de la musique which was basically bands playing in almost all the cafés in Paris all night.

It was really good especially the drummers who were parading down the streets and one band of about 16 year olds who were far too talented and made us feel old. We also saw a orchestra playing YMCA on the steps to the Academy of Music and tried some rather delicious punch from one pub.

Generally a fairly awesome night. This is Becky attempting to work out the next band for us to investigate.
