Fish and Chips

We spent the day at Aldeburgh, walking along the beach to Thorpeness (and back) concluding with a fish and chip lunch on the beach and a bit of shopping.  Wonderful.  

I've had such a lovely time with our Friday friends who meticulously organised this whole weekend to celebrate my 60th birthday.  (Special thanks to Kerri for organising the fabulous weather)!  

Kerri, Sarah and I started with a spa day on Friday at Ufford Park Hotel, followed by a gin bar, darts and a lovely meal in Woodbridge.  Walking, shopping etc and a triumphant home (Airbnb) cooked fish meal on Saturday, and today at out and about in Aldeburgh.  We love their company and I feel very lucky indeed to have such great friends.
