Chilly Sun

Walk round Corstorphine Hill Cemetery in the afternoon. Despite the sun being out, it was freezing & a chilling wind blowing through.

Commonwealth War Graves and the trees behind the small hedge are the woodland graves.

Saw redwings, heard wren, bluetits, goldfinches, greenfinches and the magpies were squabbling with the crows. There are no berries left apart from the ivy which there aren't many. The redwings were turning over the fallen autumn leaves looking for food.

Very basics shop on the way home, was glad to get in to the warmth.

Pottery Throwdown then Vera on catchup after for tonight's TV viewing.
