What a mess!

Well, the decision has been made, we're going to put the house on the market. The boss has already zeroed in on the one she wants to get next, thankfully, it's smaller than the one we have now.
It also means that my office needs to return to its intended state as a small 2nd living room before we can call the realtor to get our place appraised. And that process of decluttering/tidying/throwing out stuff was started today
It's going to be a big PITA  I have no clue where I'm going to put everything in the meantime. A couple of things went on to Craigslist with many more to come. Hoping for some quick sales.
