A cold and frosty morning

After depositing a number of items in the Hospice charity collection room I headed to the nearby pond in Maxwell Park.
The water was frozen and apart from pigeons there was not a bird to be seen.

Moving quickly on I headed to East Kilbride …. firstly for petrol and then just along the road to the Heritage Park hoping to find a blips. The loch wasn’t entirely frozen and the birds had congregated in two main areas. This Black-headed Gull was very interested in his own reflection.
