Snow day

We always like to make comfort food when it snows. We started the stew early this morning in the crock pot. Then I baked some eggnog muffins to use up the last bit of eggnog. They turn out wonderful. I enjoyed the day in the kitchen by the fire while I picked out photos from our German friends and Godsons visit to the farm this year. I will make a college frame for each visit.
 Hubby converted 4 more lights in the garage today. What a difference it has made. I need cataract glasses in there now it is so bright!
