Afternoon walk

Caught up on my daily yoga by completing two this morning. After the dog walk I headed to town to pick up a parcel some dog food. Then the health food shop for honey, some echinacia and a homeopathic nasal spray to hopefully help with my sinuses. The dogs and I enjoyed a longer warmer -16c walk which was nicer.
