Cold cygnets

The temperature warmed up to 3C in the afternoon, but there was still ice on Inverleith Pond; it's shallow and has very little through flow. Swans and ducks in the corner with open water, though some of them are standing rather than swimming.  All four cygnets still at the pond with the two adults.

We walked around that way after the next contractor visit. The forecast snow didn't happen yesterday, though there was rain in the evening.
