Calendar helper

Had a delight this week upon finding a paper from school with odd and even numbers. I asked Reuben if he knew them and, when he got past the minutes of giggling, he started reciting both up to 20. A lovely surprise of a milestone.

Not too much to report on today. Beautiful outside but we all laid low with minor colds. And so after finishing chapters of Winnie the Pooh in the playroom which is such a delight to spend time in now that I've decorated it and removed a tonne of toys, Toy Story 3 came on for the umpteenth time and as I listened from the next room, I could tell each scene of the film by its wonderful score.
