Streak with armagnac-macerated sultana mustard and cream sauce, golden beets, and porcini risotto. Wine: Aurore de Dauzac Margaux 2020.

This is my favorite sauce for steak after béarnaise. This felt pretty decadent as a mid-week dinner, but I'm still on break. Things get busier for me in a couple weeks.
