Lucy glo apple

A visitor came to visit for afternoon tea and brought homemade dried persimmon slices, dates and the interesting apple with yellow skin and red flesh.
I have to admit that if I had been blindfolded I would have thought I was eating a mealy Red delicious apple. But the dried persimmon slices were very good.
