We had a lovely walk in the woods at Shell Bay this morning. The loop of the burn around, what I call Beech tree bend, was totally frozen. We saw one Roe deer with a youngster. They didn’t hang around because we announced our arrival on the crunchy frozen ground.
Managed to walk a bit further than I’ve been doing recently so that was satisfying..
Popped into Mitch’s on the way home. I’m trying to look in most days now, just to break up his day a bit.
