Freezing and feeding birds

I was out scraping the windows of the i20 this morning and took a photograph of my frozen MX-5. No snow though so we are getting away with that so far, seems to be limited to the North and Scotland, although I saw some snowy mountain shots from KarenC in North Wales. She hasn't posted on here for a while though.
Caught the Blackcap and Crow after the school run, both not common visitors to our garden but I had put fresh, unfrozen, water out and some chopped up crusts from the boys toast - What is it with children, they won't eat the crusts, although Hendrix sometimes will if he wants more and I say 'Not until you finish what you've got. I'm a harsh Grandad!  :-)
