Chance….

…meeting in a car park, which I rarely use, and accosted by a holler from afar. 
Haven’t seen pal (and former employee) Gemma for such a long time, and was unaware that in the last six months she’d collapsed two weeks before her due date, rushed into hospital, was in a coma for eight days, during which she went into labour, had her baby girl by c-section, started to recover, then contracted meningitis, and had brain surgery.

And she’s smiling, as is her new baby girl…you don’t know you’re born sometimes, do you?
