Rosy Clouds …

… seen this morning from our Paris apartment. Not surprisingly, they were setting the scene for a very clear and cold day, slightly above freezing.

I headed out early, as I always do on Friday, to fetch my weekly copy of the British magazine The Economist. It’s in fact the only such periodical that I regularly read—at least here in Paris. At one point we subscribed to it, but that didn’t work due to our travels.
