Bit of cheat today folks. My son sent this from his ship which is sheltering in the Moray Firth at present.
I was looking forward to a quiet day but was persuaded (!) by my dear wife that I could crack on with painting the room we had just cleared.
So apart from going to get the Saturday paper (which is still unopened) I haven’t been out.
I hope tomorrow will be quieter.
