At the Death

It was Scottish Cup day and we had a derby match to enjoy. Not the usual Hibee face-off though; no indeed, it was the mighty Spartans, who are my local team even if I’ve never actually been to watch them. Should have been pretty straightforward but sadly with the Jambos that’s rarely the way and it looked like a replay would be needed until they managed a late, injury-time goal. So we’re still in the Cup but ‘must do better’.
The telly was in the corner of Mathers bar.
