Still icy in places

I had intended a 10 K walk early in the morning. Due to warnings about icy roads I didn't go. Late in the afternoon I finally managed to kick myself outdoors. The weather app promised rain so I decided on a short walk,  about 4 K, to be back before the rain. Once outside I walked on and on. So in the end I had made an 8 K walk with only a few rain spatters.

Most of the snow and ice have disappeared. It is in the fields, wet with rainwater, that the last of the ice can be seen.
