A Room With A View (1908) by E M Forster (Film 1985)

I have not read nor watched this title but it matches today's Mono Monday theme set by Steveng.

The room is in The Boathouse and Terrace Cafe, Redcar. The view is of the boating lake and off-shore wind farm just over the sheltered display gardens. 

Our lunch was excellent, the wind bracing, the boating lake choppy and the sand from the beach stung!
