After the Storm

Wow - what a night!!!!
Wild. wild, wild!

I was shattered in the morning!. Just made it to netwalking at 8:30 am without yoga or shower!!!!

Was out with Claire and I think we hit the only hour where the weather was actually ok!

Back home I did a late morning routine and jumped onte the MAT level 1 training with Jo at 11:30 am.
It was fab and so interesting!!

We were done at 5:30 and I have just completed all other work.

Off to heat the left overs from our Kohlrabi pan we did yesterday.
