Went to a new business started by my favorite yoga teacher called Osteo Strong. It’s a very interesting concept for building bone. I liked it, 4 pieces of equipment, a few minutes on each piece once a week. Lots of info on their website. Kind of pricey and lots of add ons with other equipment, I.e., massage boots and beds, red light therapy. I may give it a try.
